Greg Crowther, Ph.D., a lecturer at the University of Washington, recently emailed me to let me know about his study testing the effect of science-themed music videos (one of mine being one of many that were tested) and their effect upon learning. The video that Greg used in his study is I’m a Virus, which was also (very briefly) featured on “Wait, Wait Don’t Tell me!”
In other sciencemusicvideos news, I’ve been working on designing the scope and sequence for the AP Biology Course I’ll be teaching next year. Look for more posts, and more releases of videos (mostly lectures) this summer.
